Though relatively young, Flame is a highly accomplished professional coach. In 2018, she received the International Coach Federation’s Young Leader Award. She is one of 1,600 Master Certified Coaches on the entire planet. Coaching since 2004, she specializes in coaching professionals to lead and communicate with integrity. She is committed to consciousness in capitalism and helps her clients live that way, too. She has coached everyone from C-Suite to frontline managers, in insurance, healthcare, marketing, and the financial sector. She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and Fast Company. She mentors coaches and she has studied the Enneagram since 1997. 

I am a “purveyor of pixie dust.” As a mentor or manager, I’ve provided that extra bit of oomph that helps creatives OWN their unique talents  and work in alignment with their strengths and values.

After 25 years of being a communicator, creative director and facilitator—ranging from an award-winning boutique ad agency to a Fortune 50 technology company—I launched my own creative consultancy, IvyMagic. It helps ideas, strategies and content take flight, while motivating creatives to shine brighter. I deliver on that purpose through fractional or spot creative direction, as well as creativity workshops.
